About Betty Adera

A leader, mentor, and author committed to supporting
the next generation of women leaders.

Her Story

I am a leadership mentor, author, and global public health professional

For over 20 years, I have worked across countries, systems, and institutions — engaging with governments, communities, and global organizations to strengthen health systems and drive impact.

Along the way, I have learned that leadership is not just about position or title. It is about influence, courage, and the ability to navigate complex systems with clarity and purpose.

Yet many young women are never taught how to do this. They are educated, capable, and driven — but often left to figure out leadership on their own.

"This is why I created this platform."

Through my book, mentorship programs, and coaching, I work with young women globally to build confidence in their leadership identity, navigate power and systems effectively, make decisions with clarity and intention, and lead change in their communities and professions.
