Unlike the broader Rise Collective, the Accelerator is intentionally small — a maximum of 15 participants — to ensure deep engagement, direct mentorship, and meaningful accountability.

How It Works
Apply through the online form. Participation is application-based and limited to a maximum of 15 participants per cohort to ensure quality engagement.
Selected participants are welcomed, investment details are shared, and expectations are set. Each participant identifies their key leadership challenges going in.
Four sessions across two months. Each session is a small group coaching conversation — structured around real challenges participants bring to the table.
Participants are given specific actions to take between sessions. Accountability is built into the structure — progress is reviewed at each session.
Throughout the program, each participant develops a concrete leadership action plan specific to their goals, context, and challenges.
The program closes with a celebration of growth, a review of each participant's action plan, and a commitment to continued momentum.
