About the Program
The Rise Collective is designed for young women aged 18–40 who are already doing something — and are ready to grow into stronger, more confident leaders.
This is not a theoretical program. It is grounded in real-world leadership and focused on helping you navigate the challenges you face today.
Over six months, you will engage in honest, practical conversations about what it really takes to lead — beyond theory, beyond titles. You will connect with a global network of women who are on the same journey, and you will leave with tools, confidence, and clarity you can act on immediately.

What to Expect
Participate in guided virtual sessions (1.5 hours each) focused on real leadership themes
Engage in frank discussions about what leadership actually looks like — the challenges, the setbacks, the growth
Learn concrete tools to navigate systems, build influence, and lead with confidence in your specific context
Connect with a community of women leaders from different countries, sectors, and backgrounds
Ongoing community interaction between sessions — shared learning, accountability, and encouragement
Leave with a clearer sense of who you are as a leader and what you want to build going forward
Program Structure
Submit your application and share your leadership story. Selected participants will be notified by email.
All participants are required to own a copy of Influence Without Authority. This forms the shared foundation for the program.
Meet your cohort, understand the program structure, and set your personal leadership intentions for the six months.
One live virtual session per month (1.5 hours). Each session covers a core leadership theme with discussion, reflection, and practical application.
Ongoing peer interaction between sessions — sharing insights, asking questions, and supporting each other's growth.
Celebrate your growth, reflect on your journey, and explore next steps — including potential selection for the Leadership Accelerator.
